Welcome to MatRunner! These Terms & Conditions of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (www.matrunner.com) and our mobile mat cleaning services. By booking a service, accessing our website, or using any of our offerings, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to MatRunner, LLC.
• “Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual or business using MatRunner’s services.
• “Service” refers to the mobile mat cleaning services provided by MatRunner.
• “Website” refers to www.matrunner.com.

2. Services Provided

MatRunner provides on-site, in-truck mat cleaning services for commercial businesses. Our services include:

• Pickup of mats from the customer’s premises
• Washing, drying, and rolling of mats inside our truck
• Returning cleaned mats to the original location
• Optional deodorizing and antimicrobial treatments

MatRunner does not clean carpets, area rugs exceeding 5 feet in width, or non-standard mats that cannot be processed in our equipment.

3. Booking & Payment

• Scheduling: Customers can book services online via our website or by phone.
• Payment: All payments must be made at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Accepted Payments: We accept credit/debit cards and digital payments.
• Cancellations: Customers must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Late Payments: Unpaid invoices may be subject to late fees or service denial.

MatRunner reserves the right to refuse service based on availability, location, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing & Fees

• Minimum Service Charge: $39.99 per visit.
• Per Square Foot Rate: $1.50 per square foot of mat cleaned.
• Additional Services: Specialty treatments such as deodorizing may incur extra charges.
• Taxes & Fees: Applicable taxes may be added based on your location.

MatRunner reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Customers will be informed of changes prior to service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure efficient service, customers must:

• Ensure access to mats for pickup and cleaning.
• Remove large obstacles or heavy items that may obstruct mat retrieval.
• Notify MatRunner in advance of any special requirements (e.g., fragile mats).
• Provide a safe working environment for our staff.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays or additional service fees.

6. Service Limitations & Liability

• MatRunner is not responsible for pre-existing damage to mats.
• Our equipment is designed for standard commercial mats; results may vary based on material and condition.
• We are not liable for accidents, spills, or customer property damage resulting from normal service operations.
• In the event of a service failure (e.g., incomplete cleaning), MatRunner will re-clean the mat at no additional cost.

7. Refunds & Service Disputes

• Refunds are issued only in cases of service failure due to negligence on MatRunner’s part.
• Customers must report service issues within 24 hours of cleaning.
• If a dispute arises, MatRunner will investigate and resolve the matter in good faith.



8. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process customer information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our data collection and usage practices.

9. Changes to Terms

MatRunner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
